A careful approach

Confirm the document need before production

The destination, product type and how you will place the item on the market can affect which information your team needs.

  • Identify the exact product and intended use
  • List required documents in your inquiry
  • Review available files before final approval
  • Check destination-market regulatory obligations
  • Confirm label content and commercial details

Important: Available documentation depends on the product and order requirements. Regulatory documents required for the destination market should be reviewed before confirming production.

Moroccan Sample does not claim FDA, USDA, CPNP, PIF, EU Responsible Person or organic certification unless it is explicitly confirmed for the selected product and order.

Quality questions to include in your brief

Tell us the product, supply format and destination first. Then identify the specific specification, ingredient, safety, batch or origin information your team needs. This is more useful than requesting “all certificates” without context.

Regulatory review remains market-specific

Documentation supplied with a product does not automatically complete the legal steps for every destination market. The importer or brand should review the applicable local requirements before labels are approved or production is confirmed.

Keep the approved version

For private label work, retain the final approved product and label information with your project records. If the product, pack size or market changes, review the requirements again.

Before you confirm

Request the files relevant to your exact product.

Send the product list, destination and document names so availability can be checked.
